We are a small boutique agency with seven full time staff and four part time consultants. There are no juniors in Devonshire Marketing. We won't have senior people pitch to win your business and then hand off to a junior Account Executive to manage it. Everyone who works for Devonshire Marketing has either run PR departments in-house or directed PR campaigns at an agency level.

We all have experienced backgrounds and want to do quality work for interesting clients with innovative products and something original to say. We deliberately limit our client list to a maximum of 10 clients at any one time in order to ensure dedicated service and in-depth understanding of our clients' business.

Unlike other agencies, our goal is not to be a volume business and take on as much work as possible to grow as big and as fast as possible. We don't want a 'spray and pray' approach to PR. The clients we represent ultimately reflect back on us and we'd rather take a more considered approach to their business and ours.
